La IV Edición se desarrollará en las localidades de Puerto Madryn, Trelew y Puerto Pirámides, Chubut Argentina. Realizando un evento cultural y social de gran dimensión y que no sea un hecho aislado, sino que continúe consolidándose como parte de la identidad cultural de la Patagonia Argentina.
